PET POLICY                                                                                                          

For all pets there is up to a $450 nonrefundable pet fee (per pet) AND up to $40 per month (per pet) pet rent

• A Maximum of 2 animals are permitted per apartment home.
• The following are restricted breeds; Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, St. Bernard, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrids.
• If we allow your requested animal, you must sign a separate animal addendum which may require additional deposits, rents, fees or other charges.
